Residensi Wilayah
- Warganegara Malaysia berumur 21 tahun ke atas.
- Dilahirkan atau menetap atau bekerja di Wilayah Persekutuan.
- Pendapatan kasar bulanan (merangkumi elaun & komisen) di bawah RM10,000 (bujang) dan RM15,000 ke bawah (suami & isteri).
- Satu permohonan sahaja dibenarkan untuk satu keluarga isi rumah (suami & isteri).
- Tidak memiliki sebarang kediaman di Wilayah Persekutuan. Pemohon (suami/isteri) yang telah memiliki rumah di Wilayah Persekutuan melalui pusaka atau wasiat atau hibah dibenarkan memohon.
- Pemohon (suami/isteri) yang telah memiliki kos rendah selama 10 tahun ke atas boleh memohon dengan syarat mengemukakan bukti untuk menjual rumah kos rendah sedia ada.
- Residensi Wilayah tidak boleh dijual dalam tempoh 10 tahun dari tarikh pembelian kecuali kepada waris terdekat (suami/isteri/anak-anak).
- Residensi Wilayah tidak dibenarkan menyewakan rumah kepada bukan warganegara Malaysia.
- Pemohon tidak diistiharkan muflis.
